Unique rooms. Nice showers. Friendly staff and service. One mattress I had was uncomfortable (lumpy, could feel springs).

Stains freak me out and there was a lot on chairs and cushions in our room

Lack of hot water was a big problem. Despite my continuous demand to fix it, nothing was done for 6 nights and days. Totally unacceptable and irresponsible

Staff excellent. Property very dated, opposite a busy bar so noisy, walls very thin so we were kept up by room next door drinking and arguing. Location very close to train station was a positive

Nice and clean. Well run. Room small, but good sound insulation. Didn't have breakfast - looked simple but quite adequate. Easy access to train station - just a couple of minute walk. From there 10' on train to airport, so great place to spend night before flying out or when first arriving.

Nice hotel very central, they started construction outside our room at 7AM on a Sunday which wasn't great but this didn't reflect on the hotel. The rooms are small but the staff were awesome and very helpful and polite.

Excellent location, one minute from station and four minutes to lake. Staff were fantastic. The room decor was a little tired and needed aircon.
