Good location, friendly staff. But big disappointment due to lack of air con. The warm weather during our visit made the room uncomfortable.

Great location ... close to main train station, and close to harbour and famous water jet.

It's pretty noisy, smelly rooms with no air-conditioners and not enough ventilation. The room looked old with not a lot of power plugs to charge devices etc. The room would also have a not fresh smell because of having no ventilations. There are other good options if you want to stay close to the centre.

Friendly and helpful staff during the entire stay,. Rooms were compact, with fridge and nice and clean. Excellent value for money

Very old room and facilities although there are newer rooms also very very noise rooms no matter what time of the night

Hotel a minute away from the central station. Room spatious. Receptionists friendly and kind

Very nice but felt a bit unsafe when walking back to the hotel on a Saturday night.
