Le Square

I arrived at this property after traveling for 8 hours. I had my reservation through Expedia confirmed, I arrived at the door to the hotel claiming they were closed due to the “world energy crisis” - not only is this is a virtue signaling false lie, they did not inform Expedia they were in fact not open for business and I was allowed to reserve my stay there. The temperature was 0 C and I was forced to find somewhere else to stay at 10 pm at night. 1. There is no energy crisis, 2, Expedia would do nothing for my hassles - would never recommended using either anymore

Great time!

My room did not have any heat while it was freezing outside. I shared this with front desk and they shrugged their shoulders. Not the best customer service

I liked this place quite a bit and would definitely stay here again. Only downsides are it’s very easy to lock yourself out of your room. Also, noise in the hallway penetrates room.

Location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked everything!

This hotel was in a beautiful historic building, but could use some updating. It was conveniant to the sights of the city, and train. I wouldn't advise staying here in hot weather as there is no air conditioning. We did not eat breakfast there as there were cafes everywhere.

Excellent customer service. Love the staff. They were very polite, and helpful.

Clean room in a great location

The property was quite impressive and representative of what was shown online. While it seemed like an older property, the room was nice and updated. I'd stay again
