Good location, good staff, only issue was my room was facing a back street and there was a lot of people hanging out there at night making a lot of noise and construction in the morning.

Great location. It’s near train station if you get that to and from the airport. Few minute walk to the lake, and close to bus station if you do a trip. Comfortable room and nice basic breakfast. Lovely friendly staff, I would recommend hotel and going to Geneva, beautiful place

Nice hotel, in central zone of Geneva. Close to the lake as well as to the main bus/tram station. Nothing spectacularly but very decent. Breakfast doesn't offer too much but it was enough for me. Clean... Bed are very comfortable...

Very convenient location

Cost effective and excellently located for lake, central Geneva and the train station.

Hotel was conveniently located about 2 mins walk from station, shops and restaurants close by also. Continental breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, good quality food and open til 10. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff, well placed. The hotel was very loud and it was hard to sleep at night.

Great location, easy access to and from the train station. Service staff were helpful and accomodating but the room was a bit "prison-cell" feeling. Small and dated with few amentities. The elevator barely fits one person and a suit case. Ok value for a budget option in the city centre.

It is important to note that this review is for the Hotel Cristal as the Strasbourg was closed when I arrived, which I learned from a note in the window
