The service was very kind and good. The only problem was a broken lift, but it was ready the next day.

The location was very good and the shower was ok, but the bed awful. Also, without aircondtioning we had to sleep with the window open, which meant suffering from the terrible noise outside.

Lovely big hotel room, great front desk staff and free breakfast included. Very convenient location to train and buses, and lots of food nearby! Wild definitely stay here again next time in Geneva!

Bed had a large dip my side, construction work in area and not the best part of town. Not many power outlets and turning the room lights off meant most were turned off and so could not charge phone overnight.

Excellent location close to everything

Location was good however approach is through construction. The bed was old, hard mattress, the box spring was exposed and looked dirty. The waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. It was extremely noisy, the hotel across the street was busy and the drinking does not help with sleeping Now for the worst part - SAFETY - the base of the tub is over a foot above the floor and there is NO SUPPORT installed to help get out of the tub. This was the first night of our very expensive trip. My husband tried to hold onto the towel rod to exit the tub as that was the only thing, the rod came undone, he slipped and fell. The front desk said they were sorry and would see if we could get a better room but nothing happened. The next day, there were large bruises and my husband could not move his arm. Fortunately it was not the arm he had just had surgery on. He was in a lot of pain and so just after midnight we went to the Emergency Room. Spent the rest of the night there. Had to pay a large hospital bill. The rest of our vacation was ruined. I had to carry all the bags, my husband is still in a lot of pain. We have not received any apology nor refund for this terrible mishap. We had to pass on doing so much of what was planned. So in summary, penny wise pound foolish, we should have paid for a better hotel and enjoyed our hard earned vacation. Terrible experience, so if I were you, please stay away from this place, pay a little more and stay safe.

Perfect for a short stay in a greag location. A little bit dated in termsnof decor but for the price, compared to other hotels in the area that are more expensive it is a good find

Great free breakfast

The Hotel Strasbourg was a wonderful hotel to stay at for the weekend while in Genève ! The staff was so helpful in finding places for food and drinks and the hotel provides a complimentary pass for public transportation for anywhere that isn’t walkable! I got to see so much of the city and enjoyed every moment. I’d be happy to return on my next visit!
