Too much weed smoke an not enough smoking rooms for cigarette smokers . Roaches in rooms not a good deal

Parking lot littered with trash. Trash cans in parking lot over flowing. Interior hallways dirty carpets, dirty walls. Entire building smelled like marijuana. Trash all over the carpet in the hallways. Inside the room, filthy walls, spots of some sort of brownish splatter on the lampshade and walls. Only half the wall outlets worked. Looked like interior suite door had been kicked in and the door knob never replaced or repaired. Beds were hard as rocks with scratchy bedding. Beds creaked loudly with every slight movement. Carpet and bedskirts filthy. Furniture with large torn areas with old yellow foam exposed. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and towels, along with hair on the walls inside the shower! The thermostats did not work. When we left in the morning, the whole building still smelled of week and the trash in the hallway was everywhere. If we didn’t have a group of really tired travelers I would have not stayed! Also woke up with a big red rash/bit on my wrist. Hopefully we didn’t get any lice, scabies or bed bugs during this stay at this truly disgusting establishment.

We had the worst stay here. Rude check in. Made us check out and check back in even though we had already paid for the next 2 days. Then the TV wasn't working and the chair broke. After going to the front desk numerous times it still took over 4 hours to remedy the situation. Never stay here!

To start when we turned on the lights there were roachs everywhere, our A.c./ heater didnt work then at 5 am the security staff opened our door but the security latch caught and it woke me up. He did not say anythi f when my husband went to investigate he just walked off... I will not ever stay here again! Not to mention i paid almost a $100 a night to stay here! I traveled. From missouri to stockton california and was extremily tired or id have otherwise left immediatly..

Counter staff allowed me to check in a bit early which was very accommodating. Rooms are clean, have a micro wave and a small refrigerator. The wall TV is very good once you figure out how it all works. It would be nice if there was a small direction note on how to turn the TV on and how to work it. The carpet in the hallways and the rooms definitely need to be replaced. This facility is very close to being top notch.

It was ok quite a bit dark but it’s koo no problem

The restruant, bar, pool, hot tub and weightroom closed indiffently. Breakfast was only good thing about our stay. The property was trashy. Lots of homeless roaming around the halls. Staff was pleasant.

I liked nothing about this place. The room was filthy the towels was at least 10yrs old

We like the staff, except for one but I won’t mention HIS name, the room we stayed in was clean, it was quiet, and the shampoo, conditioner and lotion are great! Also the breakfast is awesome!

There was no amenities as advertised pool and jacuzzi were closed off no water, no working television in the room, the breakfast got me and my boyfriend sick there were slighly tinged green eggs I'm.guessing were the culprit. Upon check in we had to move rooms twice due to not having been cleaned or serviced at all. Our rooms shower barely worked the sink plugged and was dripping water so had to brush our teeth over the toilet and up in the shower faucet. One of the beds was rickety and seemed broken. Seen 3 roaches. There was no phone in the room or garbage can. It was so horrible Im never going back again.
