Stockton Inn

The property does not look like the pictures online. Very old and smells like smoke. Need a tremendous amount of maintenance. The night manager was very rude when asking for towels.

The room was filthy and I wasn't there 5 minute before a roach came out. The wires were showing everywhere and the carpet made my skin crawl. The hallway carpet is disgusting too. The chairs and table was from the stone age and breaking. The carpet in old as hell and pulled up from the floor. People are always knocking on the door and trying to open it. My door had been kicked in and they somewhat tried to repair it.

The room was filthy. This was a non smoking room. Smelt like an ash tray. The closet doors where hanging off the tract. The TV did not work and the air conditioner was also broken. When I coplained, they gave me another room that sucked just as bad. This is.by far the worst Motel I have ever seen. don't stop, run. They have a lot of guts to call them a days inn. I have stayed in a lot of Days Inns before but.never had a complaint untill now. Top it off. The Ice machines are all broken and they said I could buy some at a gas station.

Long story short, I did not feel safe at this location and the receptionist/staff was not helpful at all! From the moment I checked into my room, I was disturbed by unknown guests (a total of 3 times) despite having a do not disturb placard on my door. I addressed this with the front desk receptionist after the third disturbance, The receptionist admitted that sometimes homeless transients come to knock on doors and kick them in to stay in the rooms for free at night if no one answers the door! She also said there may be people who come looking for people they think may still be in the rooms. She did not have security escort me to check the area around my room. In fact, she did not tell me that security existed at all until I let her know I was ready to check out and leave. When it came time for me to leave, she initially refused to check me out saying that I had to wait until after the audit at 0400 AM! I let her know that she was lying because I have experience with the hotel industry. I asked for the manager who was not present, so I asked for the contact information of the manager instead. She gave me three different names and then told me she doesn't know his name because he changes his name so much. I asked how on earth do you not know who your manager is? This woman was the vilest & disrespectful "employee" I've ever encountered and she had the audacity to tell me: "wElL ThAt'S jUsT tHE WaY i aM!" This was a horrible and unsafe experience and I immediately checked out afterward! Oh and let's talk about cameras, the same employee admitted to me that although cameras are posted in various locations, none of them work/they don't record anything!! So if a serious incident occurs, you are screwed. And let's talk about COVID-19 precautions. Despite having signage up to enforce wearing masks, do you think the employees wear masks? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Not only are they not wearing masks but many of the guests I observed checking in and out or entering/exiting the public areas of the premise are not wearing masks. This location needs to be incinerated and its ashes condemned to the nearest landfill. It is horrible and they have serious safety issues. If you can afford to stay somewhere safer and you want somewhere safe, secured, quiet, and clean PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Otherwise, be prepared to deal with random transients causing a disturbance, incompetent employees, and a severe lack of security (no cameras, no security guard). I am here as a healthcare worker and this is the thanks and treatment I get after telling them I needed a quiet area and apparently that was their quiet part of the property. SMH. I told them upfront in my reservation what I needed and was assured this would be accommodated for me. This is completely unacceptable and I demand a full refund.

Despite having a reservation, I recieved the exact opposite of what was requested. The towels and bathrooms were disgusting, as was the building hallway floors. Trash was all over the grounds. Security was very poor. The smell of smoke was overwhelming within the building

The place was very dirty, hallway carpet was stained and filty.Room was not very clean, floor was stained and half vacuum.I would never come back.

Horrible! If you like staying in filth, mold, mildew, and an AC that doesn't work. Oh... not to mention the working hookers camped out in the parking lot. DON'T STAY HERE. Hotel management must be okay with whats going on, because they won't return phone calls.

Terrible too ghetto

It was very dirty and beds were uncomfortable! A lot of people walking in and out all night very loud ! The fridge didn’t work and no microwave like it stated in the booking.
