I was very surprised that a $100 cash deposit was required. To be returned after room inspection. Everyone doesn’t carry that kind of money. The doors to the building was propped open with trash cans. No security there. The carpets were dirty. The bedspread was stained. I never felt comfortable there. I couldn’t wait to leave

"Don’t do it "

Staff did not seem to like their job, was not friendly or welcoming at all. The room was really gross, smelled bad & had roaches coming out of the bathroom floor. I felt really dirty in the room. Would not stay here ever again.

I had an unexpected occurrence come up and I needed a hotel for the night. The location near the freeway was convenient to get to work. Checked into the hotel and the front desk person was completely rude. I had to leave $100 deposit after the fact that I booked the reservation on Hotels.com using my bank account. I asked what the deposit was for and all he did was point out a sign that indicated if I was using a prepaid debit card ,green dot, etc. $100 was required. I did not use any of those. I asked if the restaurant/ bar was open to get some food. He said no it’s not open unless you are a member of the dart club. so I couldn’t get no food or anything to drink. Once I got to the room I could not open the door on the first attempt I had to push open up the door because he was stuck. The room smelled like smoke when I requested a non-smoking room the heater did not properly work once it got started it was so loud. No remote control for the television ,refrigerator door would not stay completely shut. Checked and checked out as soon as possible. Non-refundable reservation so we’re stuck at this terrible hotel. Highly recommend to never stay at this property again

"Terrible customer service"

Awful customer service. I understood they were on shift change so I patiently waited at the front desk. Was greeted with a “what?” when the man at the desk came back. Had my ID tossed at me. The room key was tossed at me. No light in the room other than a lamp.
