I told the manager there were cockroaches and he said because I stayed overnight it’s basically my own fault!! I WOKE UP TO A COCKROACH ON MY FACE!!

Nasty never stay here
This hotel is horrible! Our family stayed in 3 different rooms and there was cockroaches everywhere, and the rooms had a strong cigarette smell. When we were ready to sleep some guy was banging on the window on the room below screaming asking the person in that room for his belongings it scared the hell out of us and thought he was going to start shooting. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel at all, please look for other options before booking here. Also, when we were checking out one girl was waiting to get her $100 dll cash deposit back and the front desk guy was super rude to her and told her there was no money to give her back. So pretty much she had to leave without her deposit and the guy was not helpful at all. The front desk guy was then rude to all of us that were checking out giving us attitude and would say things like “I’m just doing my fucken job”. Not only are the rooms horrible but customer service was unacceptable.
The receptionist was mean, there were 2 roaches in the bathroom and the air conditioned wasn’t working well.

Issue at check in with $100 cash deposit But the worst was the roaches in the room, could not sleep in those conditions. Asked for full refund and left
Nesty place
It seemed more like temporary housing. The front desk was ok he gave an ominous and not so thrilled to be working vibe, but he gave us great directions to our room. As we walked down into our room we saw a dirty laundry room with trash all on the floor. As we approached our room there was a cockroach on the wall. We also found cockroaches on the sink and cockroaches in the microwave. Everything needs to be updated and had an old smell to it. Besides the cockroaches they had great movie channels.
