הפקיד בעמדת הקבלה היה לא ידידותי בלשון המעטה בתחילה אמר שהוא לא רואה את ההזמנה , לאחר מכן אמר שלא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר אחר כך האשים את בוקינג בכל מה שאפשר בקיצור קלקל לנו את החוויה , ארוחת הבוקר מיותרת לחלוטין חבל על הכסף.

It's been a few days since checkout and my bill isn't finalized even though I've been sent three different emails with final total amounts that differ from what I received at the front desk. Also you HAVE to valet your vehicle which can cause issues if you have a lot of items in your vehicle as we were never offered a porter cart.
USI requested a partial ocean view but I didn’t get one my room faced buildings and I was told that because I went through a third party they couldn’t do anything, also I was told a microwave was in the room but there wasn’t. I was disappointed with that. I like the security feature of the hotel.
A microwave in the room. And the price I paid should have afforded me that.
