Would’ve been convenient to actually have stayed here

I drove 20 hours from Philadelphia to Opelousas for local refinery shutdown work in Krotz Springs on nightshift. They canceled my reservation the morning of my arrival without contacting me, leaving me without anywhere to stay within an hour of the refinery. I found out when I went to check in. I was told that they had no rooms left even though I booked my reservation 3 weeks earlier. Make it make sense. I don’t ever leave reviews but this really got to me.

They broke into my truck they stole everything out of the back of it every night they'll steal everything out of your cooler they beat and bang all night long there's prostitutes everywhere the cameras don't work at the hotel so good luck to you would never stay there again all the rooms smell like pot nothing works right bad mistake stay away from here roaches in room

It was not so great, key card didn't work at first, toilet did not flush right. When I checked out no person at desk had to call a number, I was told to leave key in room and lock door. I had to go back up the steps to do so.

Only the location

The sheets, pillows,the bed and the bathtub

Had to unplug and plug the TV back in for it to work with the remote. The remote would not turn on the TV.

The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!
