The bathroom sheet rock was rotten and covered in big patches of black mold. All behind the toilet and all above the ahower. Boothroom door would shut all the way and the toilet seat would move to a point where it would hit the bathroom door when you closed it. Towel and clothing racks were bent badly.

I loved Ms. Sadie she was working when I checked in. She was very professional and she also was able to help me to get away from a person who had "kidnapped," me way earlier that day and had been holding me against my will the entire day and night until 7:00 pm which is when I checked into the hotel. Even upon me checking in the female kidnapper was constantly in the office and was trying to talk me over to get the keys to the room. However, Ms. Sadie was on point and could catch the hints I was giving. She immediately told that female to give me my bags that I was staying at the hotel tonight and if she saw her there again she would immedicately call the cops. Then after she left I discovered only with the help of Sadie that she had sccessed myh bank accounts, So, Ms. Saide told me that I should call my bank right away which I did and they froze my accounts however it didn't stop it or return the $6392.00 that she already stolen. So , yeah Ms Sadie rocks and i believe that she desevers a raise. Anyway, Ms. Sadie also advised me that in the morning I needed to go speak to Ms. Odette just to touch base with her so that she is aware of my situation so that she can keep a lookout for that female's vehicle. Then she said to also tell Ms. Odette that if she has any questions about anything to do with me or the sitaution at hand that she could call Ms. Sadie and she would gladly vouch for everything that I have said.

Well first of all I didn't appreciate the day time "supervisor," one bit. She is absolutely rude and I mean rude to the point that something is gonna happen to her one day because of her mouth. I went in the office in the morning to speak to Ms. Odette as I was instucted to do and this was literally her response. I told Ms. Odette and she was very empathetic and all of a sudeen another woman's voice came from behind the desk saying, "Well that doesn't have shit to do with us so what we are gonna do is when that female comes back I'm gonna go and get you so that she can take you the fuck out of here. So, I was completely shocked by what she said so I immediately decided thatr I needed to go and get my stuff together because I absolutely refused to stay in a hotel that the day shift supervisor is going to completely disregard what I am telling her about and then to come out with that answer! ABSOULTELY NOT! So, I proceeded to go to my room pack my stuff and get dressed. Then I ended up being stuck at the hotel for 12 hours outside in the rain. THe night shift guy was just as rude as the day supervisor was just as bad of not worse. St. Landry Parish came out to speak to me in refernce to the deal that I got from the DA. WEll needless to say the wether got abslutely terrible and for those miserable 12 hours I went without food. water, being abke to go use the bathroom because I wasn't allowed in the office accrding to those 2 desk clerks. However, it sure was hilarious to watch the night time clerk the guy lie hiss butt off to the deputies. The deputies were called in reference to illegal evicetion, illegal search and seizure, criminal damage to property, cruelty to the infirm, and finally to find out if i were in the wrong about the fact that they can't legally mess with my stuff which I was 100% correct.

I liked the lady Ms. Sadie that was working when I arrived. You see I didn't plan on a hotel stay that night. I was scheduled for a biopsy on my stomach, a permanent feeding tube ( G-Tube) to be placed in my stomach and full metabolic blood panel to be done at a local hospital because I hace cancer and my oncologist needed to restage it because when I was diagnosed in December of 2023 I was way too weak to withstand the type of chemotherapy that I would need. my doctor told me that literally 10ml of that drug would have killed me. The reason that was the case was because on December 13, 2023 my ex husband brutally attacked me trying to kill me and its only by the grace of God that I am still alove. However, the reason that I am telling you this is because I am a twice deployed combat marine veteran who was hit with an IED in 2014 and that left me quadrip;egic and I ended up in a coma for 9 month. During that coma plus the coma that I was in from that brutal attack on me has left me with brain damage because all in total I hasve sustained TBI's or ( Traumatic Brain Injurues) This being said i have complications with my memory and processing things espically when I am nervous. Now. all of this is very important for yall to know and understand due to thr facts that i am about to share. When I arrived at the hotel I had used booking.com and orginally I had planned on staying for 4 days but that didn't happen and I'll explain why in the next section. You see I had been picked up from way out of town by a female friend oe at least I thought she was a friend. When I got into her vehicle I specifically asked her if she knew where she was going. She said yes and at this point nothing seemed off in any kind of way so I grabbed my laptop and I literally was typing up paperwork that I had to have with me upon arrival.

number - I was in a King Handicapped Accessible Room and immediately upon entering my room I went to the bathroom. However, when I got to the bathroom I had to go back to my room to my personal stash of cleaners because the toilet was absolutely DISGUSTING! I have pictures proof, There was urine all over the toilet seat there was what I am assuminhg to be feces that was still on the inner parts of the higher rim of the bowl. Not to mention some funky orange colored stuff in there as well. Secondly, the trash cans. There was a trash can in the bathrom now perhaps it would have been nicer if it would have been in reach of a disabled person. Then, house keeping decided to leave a filthy disgusting toilet brush right there. The Shower was a trip. In case yalll are not aware of thids but just because yall have an open shower that doesn't necessarily make it handicapped accessible. It needs to have seating in it so that we can transfer out of our wheelchairs and into the showere safely, I also don't agree with 2 little measleyt towels because as a handicapped woman that is only gonna cover my hair and bosy what about the floor? Since I have to walk across the floor from the toilet to ther shower hypothetically we need towels to cover everywhere that we have to put our feet down but ultimately what I didn;t like was the staff with the exceception of Ms. Sadie and Ms. Odette. You see after I told Ms Sadie that I had literally been held against my will by the girl that brought me to the hotel she was extreme;y understanding and helpful anf she told me that in the morning I needed to go and talk to Ms. Odette to advise her of the situation because I had every intention of staying there throughought Tuesday December 31, 2024 and my safety is number 1. So the following morning I got up and I went to the office to do exactly what I was instuctec to do however there was a woman working the front desk with Ms.

Not so good at all! There was not even a hair in the room to sit on, the door non came off the door. The room was not clean at all we had to go to the next nearest hotel to stay and we was supposed to stay 2 nights it ended up being 1 and the owner blamed us for the door knob and it was giving us problems to get in the room

The young lady at the front desk was really nice and when I told her about the problem she redirected me to another room.

The first one that she had got me was not clean at all the second room that she had got me they still had hair in the tub and the bed was shaking was not stable. I don't believe I will be going back to that one
