The breakfast was good

I requested room service and I did not get room service

It was very good experience from check in to check out. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy.

The noise from the ac was loud.

The price and the size of the room it is actually 2 rooms with a living room at the entrance. Bigger fridge. Breakfast included and is ok for the price of the hotel, it is pretty standard, we had powdered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles to make, which is always a hit with the kids.

The highway is next to the hotel, and some of us woke up to the tracks passing through. The rooms seemed to be clean, except for some corners, which were weird as they were black with dirt or mould or both. We woke up with stuffed noses like an allergy, but none of us has an allergy. We thought it was the cleaning stuff that was used to clean the room, or to wash the sheets with.

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Bel giardino sul retro. Personale molto cortese.

Pleasant up-to-date, clean property

We reserved a suite because my son is on the autism spectrum and he can't sleep in the same room with others. He just can't sleep that way so we arrived at the suite and found that it had no door. The bedroom had no door dividing the living area and sleeper sofa from the bedroom area.

Modern, schön offen, gute Lage.

Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Selbst für ein kontinentales Frühstück war es ein Witz, dazu nicht sauber und qualitativ sehr schlecht. Lieber auswärts essen.
