Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre

Room was nice and the view was wonderful

All I rated 5 star plus proximity to our Burnaby office.

Its a bit pricy.

The location was good

The restaurant was overbooked and not available. The American breakfast was unreasonably expensive for what was offered. In the room, the AC was quite noisy, and one of the elevators was malfunctioning, stopping at random floors. Finally, I was not able to get a detailed final invoice: the hotel referred me to Booking.com, while Booking.com directed me back to the hotel. No one took responsibility.

Always professional, courteous and kind here. Every time I stay here it is great. Thank you!

My husband and I were looking forward to our "staycation" in Burnaby at Delta Marriot Hotel. We booked their "Play and Stay" at an amazing $224 price with a basic lower level room. Room was somewhat dated but we didn't expect luxury. We had dinner and drinks at amazing Atlas and gambled in their Casino for a while. Our welcome from the first arrival was very bad - the man at the front desk was not cordial at all...not sure why he would be the first point of entry person when he was not welcoming. When we checked out the two gentlemen were friendly and appreciative - they should train the older fellow and teach him some etiquette. After arrival our stay improved and we did appreciate the attentive service at Atlas dinner and breakfast at their café - amazing food and staff here. Thanks for a great stay however now they don't offer this Sunday night "Play and Stay" although we were told it would be offered until December 2025. We even called to enquire and they also didn't know about this offer and we refuse to pay $450 for a little get away. Oh well onto River Rock Hotel with their great price.

The room had been falsely advertised, the hot tub was closed and i was not made aware of this. I stay in burnaby often. The main reason i chose this room was actually for the nespresso in the room. It was not there. The images posted were defintly from an upgraded room. I was looking forward to just relax in a hot tub.

Check in /out - quick and smooth Nothing to worry about it!

Praneel was such a pro - kind, accommodating, and efficient. Excellent customer service! I had a small issue with my AC and Praneel was there within minutes to fix the issue with a smile. I appreciated the lighthearted conversation and genuine care. Thanks!

Must admit, most like any other motel, but good service and clean.
