"Great stay in Delta Burnaby!"

Me and my family have decided to do a trip to the city as we live in Whistler. We like to stay with Deltahotels and the location in Burnaby is convenient for us as it is close to Metropolis. The staff was great and I would like to recognize Praneel Goundar for his kindness and professionalism! He came to our room to fix some stuff and made our stay extra special. Will be back! "The hotel has potential and a great location, but too many inconveniences made it feel overpriced."

The Hotel location is close to the area where I had planned my business meetings. The room was nice and clean. Great staff at the reception and very fast check in / check out.

The air conditioning was very noisy, and despite running it throughout the night, the room remained too warm. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. The internal restaurant was fully booked. We arrived in the late afternoon and were unable to get a table for dinner, which was disappointing. Breakfast service starts after 6:30 a.m., which was unfortunately too late given my meeting schedule. On the positive side, the Starbucks bar on site opens earlier and was a helpful alternative.

"Professional employees"

J’ai demandé de l’aide pour notre télévision et Praneel (maintenance) come in 5 min. He is very professional, polite and very friendly. He take his time to make sure everything working. Also he take his time to help my daughter to fix a little problem on her room. That hotel have a very professional et spécial staff (he like his job) I recommend that hotel for the personnel the like their job and work like this is their company. Thank you Praneel!
