"Worst hotel ever would not recommend to anyone"

The room was not what I thought would be. The bed was hard to sleep on. Staff open the door for people knocking on it not even finding out if that was their room. miscommunication was given as far as indoor pool breakfast was disgusting TV service most channels did not work. I paid my hotel off before getting there and was told I need to have $100 deposit when it was not mentioned to me before booking. And after calling Booking.com, I was told they were going to refund my stay so I could go to another hotel or give me a credit once I checked out and I went down to the main area and spoke with the gentleman at the desk and told them what they told me and they refused to do it. I will never stay at this hotel again and if I do not receive my refund, I will never use Booking.com ever again.

"Basically I need my money back because to me it’s like a set up"

I did book my trip for September 27 to 28 one night I did my reservation on September 26 2025 at 8:54 pm How they charge me for September 26. When I get there on September 27 they told me my reservation was for last night they is no room available Doesn’t make any sense

They told me they is no room left. I had to pay another hour for me to get ready to go to my family weeding
