Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne by IHG

The location was easy access to many different stores and easy drive for all the thanksgiving and Christmas stuff.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with the receptionist rushing us because he was too busy playing a video game. This was obvious from the PS5 controller sat on the desk and while checking us in, he proceeded to go back and forth between us and the game mumbling that “it’s half time”. Extremely unprofessional and we were not offered any welcome or the WiFi password just given the key and told “it’s around the corner”. When ordering uber eats for the evening, it was left at reception and despite the staff staring and watching us walk in and out of the hotel front door, there was no polite question of if the food left at reception was ours. When we collected it they just stared at us. Just extremely unprofessional and rude. The bed was so old there was a huge dip in it making it hard to sleep in the evenings. The cleaning was not done at all, there was hair all over the floor upon our first entry, the floor was not hoovered the entire stay despite the cleaning ladies coming in and out to replace towels, bed sheets weren’t replaced.

Outdoor pool but that’s ok

Very clean as soon as you walk into the lobby of the hotel and the rooms super clean. Breakfast was good.
