The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The manager and front desk staff assured me the booking that was canceled would not be charged because when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation at all. I had to book another entirely new reservation at the front desk when I arrived. I paid for that night- when I got home the next day I was also charged for the 2 night reservation that was canceled. I was charged for 3 nights but only stayed one, even though booking cancelled my prior reservation that I changed the dates of they still charged me. I’m very upset and the hotel will not answer my emails now.

First off I have never stayed at your establishment where I had to smell weed coming from the room next door and while we were standing outside our room!!!!! The screaming and fighting from same room was just unbearable!! Then the same persons fighting outside and driving the car thru the parking lot was totally unacceptable you would have thought we were at the races!! Then my brothers room 241 had been gone thru while we were not there and neither of our rooms were cleaned! The front desk person could not understand what they were telling him about the room being gone thru but not cleaned!! So totally ridiculous and disgusting! I always loved staying there when we travelled up to NH from Tennessee but I guarantee we will never stay there again Almost 800.00 to stay and it was a total waste of money

The room was clean and comfortable. Liked the little balcony outside our door. Even though we were by the highway,the view was pretty from our room when laying down in bed.

When we first arrived, there was a car with its alarm going off right outside our room. We mentioned it twice to the front desk and after about an hour it was finally taken care of.

The room was great, it was big and clean and had modern amenities. The TV was huge and it allowed me to use my Roku so I could watch my own subscription service. The TV did have YouTube and Netflix built-in but I felt better using my Roku. I loved having a little balcony rather than a window, it was so great to open the sliding door and lean on the railing and get fresh air! The BREAKFAST was incredible! Such a large variety of foods and they have several coffee makers that they keep open to use at any hour! The restaurant attached to the hotel was also amazing and I couldn't believe the quality for the price! The hotel lobby is large and open and feels high class and fancy. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it was open during our stay. The bathroom was modestly sized and had counter space for our personal hygiene items.

The door didn't latch all the way unless you pulled and slammed the door really hard from the outside. Many people must have had similar issues because we heard lots of slamming doors in the early morning and late evening. There really wasn't much that we didn't like. Anything else we didn't like was forgotten because of the things we did like.

Disaster Averted!!! This is a very nice large and sprawling two-story hotel in Keene, with an on-site Restaurant (which I did not try due to my late arrival) and a host of other amenities, including banquet facilities. The rooms are exceptionally large, clean, and comfortable, with updated decor. I highly recommend it, and my following story describes exceptional customer service. As usual, I was traveling on business with my show cat, who, unnoticed by me, slipped out of our room on the first floor as I left for a short drive to pick up my supper. When I returned to the hotel, Bella was nowhere to be found in the room and, after a frantic half hour search, I went to the front desk to see if I could get some assistance to toss the bed,(sometimes cats will get under the bed and into the boxspring). Aki at the front desk said that she had seen a cat on the second floor via the hotel’s surveillance cameras, and came with me to help look for her. She needed to return to the front desk, but I continued the search. After about 15 or 20 minutes, wandering the hotel and closing doors to create barriers to the different areas so that Bella wouldn’t escape, I returned to the front desk. Two nice young men staying at the hotel while on business offered to help, and Aki, checking the surveillance cameras, reported that she had just seen Bella on the second floor in my area. We hightail did it to the second floor, and one of the young men caught Bella, who had calmly sauntered up to him. I was immensely relieved, and extremely grateful to Aki and those two nice young men.
