"Poor service"

I have booked the family room but only supply 3 pillows. When I asked for more pillows, the reply was no more pillows in entire hotel. I can remember last visit. The WiFi was failure. When I asked to change another room as I got a very important meeting. The reply was the WiFi service was repairing and no more room left. Then the staff recommended me to hold the meeting in the public area. After that I requested to talk to manager. Then the staff said she can offer another room for us.

"Very nice setting and comfortable stopover near motorway network"

Excellent value ( I booked a good rate last year) tho £25 per dog is a bit excessive I feel. Lovely big comfy bed Good variety at breakfast Super setting by country park, lots of space to walk the dog

Dog charge rather expensive at £25 Stairs to first floor rather workman like/ just vinyl
