The staff was nice

The carpet in the room was stained and I was really glad we took our slippers with us. It was kind of disgusting. The towel in the bathroom on the rail was stained with something similar to make up. I don’t really want to know what it was. I am just glad my daughter noticed that before we used that towel. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and when folded out as a bed it was really hard to get into the toilet as it was not enough space in the room to pass by sofa bed. The room was small overall. There was no much choice for breakfast - no fruits, milk for cereal was cold (no microwave) and coffee had a really bad bitter taste.

King bed, location

Had run out of porridge, granola, fruit compote. Only apples and bananas available as fresh fruit. Were ultra strict on closing at 10am, wouldn't let us make another piece of toast, frowned that I used the coffee machine for hot water for my own teabag
