Breakfast was better than expected. Location was perfect for our drive up to silverstar

We were in an adjoining room And the door between us was extremely thin so we could hear our neighbours conversations. Needed to wear earplugs to sleep

"Very relaxing and really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing."

The staff were amazing. They went out of their way for excellent customer service- especially when they were busy with a youth hockey tournament (i.e. at breakfast time!)

My bed mattress was too hard, BUT the staff provided a quilted comforter to cover the mattress to help soften it.

"Quality Inn was satisfactory and reasonably priced for staying the one night whilst passing through"

Comfortable beds, clean large room, handy having a full size fridge in room, parking.

Paper cups at breakfast and in room, wooden cutlery, felt like we were still in reception whilst having breakfast as no separate room.

"Exceptional"

The location was very convenient, close to downtown and many restaurants/pubs. The breakfast was very good as well, with many options for salty and sweet cravings. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and spacious.

I would wave the additional pet fee if the client advise in advance if they are bringing a pet with them and they already selected the pet friendly room. I would add some more toiletries in the room, especially the body wash. But overall it was a very pleasant experience.
