Bed is comfy

No 24hrs front desk staff. Woke up because someone’s opening our door. Turns out front desk gave my room to another one. Unacceptable! Scared the hell out of me! Tried calling but no one’s answering

Nice bed, very spacious room. Very good features within the room.

The room key (code box) kept saying battery needed replacement. The deadbolt for the door didn't fit in the slot and so was useless. The bathroom fan made a very unpleasant noise when used. When the laundry facilities elsewhere in the hotel were being used, it caused clear vibrations in the floor of my room.

Lovely staff, nice property in a decent location. When there wasn't a true staff member there there was someone virtual available. For the location it was quiet.

Rooms could continue to get some upgrades. I think the most worrisome thing I encountered were that the exterior doors into the hotel didn't lock (even though there was a sign that said they locked after a certain hour) so anyone could come in off the street and ride the elevator up to the top floor with no staff member knowing they were there or just simply walk up the stairs. That felt a bit unsafe. Its walkable to Santana Row which was helpful.

Kitchen area was nice and neet and lot of food options.

Room says handicapped accessible but is not completely accessible. Very irritating when hotels claim to be accessible and they are partly accessible. Maybe people are in chairs should start paying half the rates, because only half of rooms are accessible.
