Staff and overall setup of the lobby and reception area, including restaurants

Everything is outdated and even if cleaned smelled moldy. Bathrooms in particular show their age and the appliances could use a refresh. Additionally, the parking and the building itself looks and feels a bit.. unsafe.

お部屋が広い！ 角部屋で夜景がキレイ！ 室内はシンプルながらも十分でした😄 駐車場の入り方が少々分かりにくかった。 フロントの方が即空きを確認、誘導してくださいました。 心地良い滞在を有り難うございました。

強いて言えばシースルーエレベーターのガラスの汚れぐらいです。

朝食がめっちゃ美味しかった。 洗濯機、乾燥機を時間過ぎても使わせていただけた。

洗面所に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた 大浴場がない 備え付けのアメニティがよくない 受付してルームキーをもらったが部屋について開けようとしたら使えなくて荷物重いのに新しいのをもらうのに待ってないといけなくて、、使えるキーをしっかり確認してほしかった

禁煙室で予約しましたが、部屋が非常にタバコ臭かったです。また子どもの騒ぐ音もダイレクトに聞こえてきて、夜は静かになりましたが仕事をしている時は、少々気になりました。 また、設備が全体的に古く、値段の割に見劣りしていました。
