スタッフさんの対応、大人、子供関係なく丁寧に対応してくれていた。 ホテルの周り、徒歩圏内に食べ物屋さんがあって小さな子連れの旅行でもお店探しが楽だった。 夏休み企画で子供向けのゲームがあり面白かった。 忙しいのに、子供向けゲームのためにしっかり対応してくれるスタッフさんの姿が良かったです。

朝食のレストラン、人手が少ないのか、案内が雑だった。 食べ物、無くなった後の補充に時間がかかっていた。 ホテル専用駐車場が少ない。 隣の商業施設と共用で使えるけどホテルと車までの往来がちょっと面倒だった。 駐車場の出入りが多く、駐車場内を歩いているとき、車との接触事故が心配だった。 車の当て逃げされないかも心配だった。

I’ve stayed in this hotel before. Multiple times. In previous years, the service was excellent and there was a more welcoming atmosphere. I still enjoyed the facilities this year, the location and the room.

The staff were mostly unwelcoming and at times plain rude. Apart from a couple of really lovely and dedicated workers, front desk staff were cold, dismissive and at times even disrespectful. Unlike in past years, concierge service was lacking and staff made you feel like you were a nuisance. I don’t know if it was the fact we spoke English only, but their approach to us in front desk was inadequate and not at all what I’ve come to expect of this hotel.

"An oasis in an area with limited hotel choices—we look forward to visiting again."

We always look forward to staying here when we visit our family in Tahara. The bus from the station is convenient for those visiting the area by train. The breakfast buffet is great and something we look forward to every time we stay. Room is comfortable with nice views of the surrounding area.

Adjusting your schedule to go to the breakfast buffet around the large tourist groups is a little inconvenient but understandable.
