"Comfortable Well Located hotel in Toulouse"

Great location and lots of eating options all around. Helpful and nice front desk staff. Only disappointment was that the carpet design looked like the carpets were dirty and didn't feel clean. Would definitely recommend.

"Excellent"

We liked everything, ease of parking facilities and very comfortable bed. The room had a slight smell of drains but apart from that the stay was perfect.

"Family trip"

An excellent basic hotel. Near to station yet a safe and accessible walk to the city centre. A few homeless on the street similar to any train station area in any city but as a mum with my daughter I felt safe. Clean beds and bathroom good air conditioning. No frills eg no coffee maker but excellent staff who not only knew the best restaurants for advice but helped when I forgot my plug adapters I didn’t eat here but great bread shops near by offering a croissant and coffee for a few euros. Would make this my base for my next stay

"No room at the Inn"

Paid in full for the room and had the confirmation. On arrival I was told they were fully booked and it was up to me to get reimbursed through Expedia. Fed up. Had to sort a room at another hotel and pay twice.

"Convenient and friendly staff"

Wonderful, helpful staff. Decent breakfast & bar that did not gouge on prices of wine. Convenient location. Overall good, but the neighborhood restaurant crowd was very noisy, and didn’t wind down til almost 2am. Carpet needs replaced. Would stay again because of location.

"Comfort and Convenience"

Very helpful at reception. My plane was late arriving and i didn't get to check in until after midnight. Quiet room with courtyard view. Clean and well-thought out facilities. Free wifi. Breakfast excellent. Fabulous location. What more could you want.

Historical building; convenient logistics next to the bus and train station; short (10 min) walk to the centre of the old town. In addition to essential breakfast items there were also pancakes, different dried (as well as fresh) fruit, and tasty raisin rolls.
