The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We Loved it was right on a lake, the Sunset was beautiful.

Room was very nice! we had a view to the lake and the kids could play there. Breakfast was good, lots of gluten-free options and helpful staff.

on the plus side - they have a gym, but it is very basic. Could be better in this regard.

Location on the lake is pleasant, though a significant number of rooms have only a parking lot view

Significantly overpriced for the experience Lack of transparency regarding policies, restrictions, fees. Anything you may have to sign at the hotel regarding policies or additional fees should be posted on the third party booking sites most travelers use Thin walls, stiff pillows, room not cleaned well beforehand (wrapper and old book found), very small bathroom. Lack of hot breakfast options.

Talk about bang for your buck! This place is stunning and the balcony upgrade was entirely worthwhile. Quiet, peaceful, and welcoming—you cannot go wrong at the Black Swan. We love when the sink is outside bathroom, and we super-appreciate the screen for fresh air from the balcony. Special thanks to Thilanka for the extra-hospitable check in, and Michelle who gave us late check out without hesitation!

We were exhausted and kind of gross from a day on the road, so coming through the teeny lobby with all of our bags and coolers felt tough given the gorgeous restaurant and guests sharing the same space. Parking by that door was also at a premium. It’s great to have another entrance available further down, but it would be even better if there was roomier lobby situation.

Very nice location on small lake with very nice restaurant.

Breakfast was played up as good, but was actually pretty poor.
