The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast had a small but good selection of items. The room was comfortable and the area they are in is very quiet. The location is extremely convenient to many local restaurants and locally owned businesses as well. Their location on the lake is a great selling point as it's right by the water and you can rent kayaks!

The facilities were all kept in good condition, but a little dated and could benefit from some modernization.

Lakeview lobby for breakfast, and enjoying coffee outside with a view. And dinner next door at Mint is always a treat.

Bedside charging pod turned out to be an alarm clock that lurched us awake at 6 am and again at 6:05 am. Not cool.

Unterkunft liegt direkt am Laurel Lake, Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon sind sehr zu empfehlen

Nothing really

The location was good (pretty lake, right on the highway, close to Lenox and Lee). The Indian restaurant in the hotel was amazing. The staff were all very nice. The free coffee machine and large tea selection were a nice touch! The bed and pillows were both much more comfortable than the typical hotel.

I liked the place, so these are kind of knit picks: The breakfast was basic (hard boiled eggs, microwave sandwiches, pancakes from a machine, etc). Would be nice to have a nutritious option other than hard boiled eggs. The fitness center was very minimal (no cable machine, no dumbbells between 25 and 50 lb, no barbell or squat rack). Both were fine for the price though :)
