Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good breakfast.
The door was propped open with the swingbar/security latch upon our arrival. The toilet and shower curtain were filthy. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash available nor were there washcloths. The property was poorly kept overall, dirty and run down. Very disappointing.
USUSThe beds were comfortable, appeared clean and the AC worked great. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Standard waffles, variety of cereals, oatmeals, and yogurts, as well as toast, scrambled eggs and microwave bacon.
I had to call down to request bedding for the pullout sofa. There were no additional blankets, comforters or pillows in the room. Additionally, there were no bath towels supplied. Only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and no bath mat. When I notified the front desk there were no towel in our room, I was told..." yeah, we are really low on towels right now." Eventually I was given towels so we could shower. The toilet had a massive brown ring around it and the popcorn ceiling was falling down in areas. The hot tub was out of services, as was the ice machines. The pool was fine, but there was mold all around the edges. Additionally, there were zero pool towels either. The bathrooms near the pool had zero toilet paper.

This hotel needs major remodeling our toilet didn’t flush sink and tub would not turn off curtains were gross and the carpet is nasty. We would not stay here again.
Only thing disappointing was the hot tub was out of order which really was inconvenient!!!! Other then that it was good- front desk girls were very nice the woman who monitored breakfast was delightful!!

It was dated, but redecorated. Bed was comfortable! Bathroom had rust on metal tissue box and toilet paper holder. Tub had rusty stains!!
Location was good
In the bathroom only one big towel, and one bottle of conditioner, that was it. Bathtub was dirty, curtain was torn due to it being so old.
