Rundown/poor service.

We asked to have the toilet cleaned only to be told the stains are permanent. When we checked into our room, there were no towels and we were told by housekeeping they were still in the dryer and would have to bring some when they were done. What? When I check into a room I expect there to be towels ready.

Bathroom was disgusting, I do not recommend. I couldn't even get maintenance to fix a dripping faucet. As others have said, there is a fabulous relatively new Holiday Inn Express very close by.

Where do I start. The property has really gone downhill. Our room and our kids room didn’t have toilet seat covers and the toilet toilets were disgustingly dirty. The shampoo bottle was out of shampoo, and we had only two towels, but no washcloth or hand towels. The shower/tub didn’t have any kind of grab bars for older people. The air conditioning made so much noise it made it difficult to sleep. Our kids room had a bug in it, and the sprinkler for the fire system had a paper towel wrapped around it. The elevator was dirty on the floor and the common area had table fans, trying to keep it from being too warm. The hot tub is not functioning and didn’t have any water in it. On a positive note, the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options and the staff were pleasant. The orange juice was terrible. Whoever is managing or owns this particular property needs to really go through it and clean up all these issues. They are pretty straightforward keeping the location clean is not that hard.

This used to be a very nice place to stay but it has really gone downhill. I tried for 2 days to get someone to fix a faucet that would not stop running. Front desk staff just sit there on their phones. There was mold on the ceiling and hair in the shower. Tattered towels. Do not recommend.

Bathroom stool dirty as well as sheets on the bed. Reserved room with two queen beds only had one king.

tv remote batteries dead, no clock in the room, no outlets readily available by bed to plug in chargers, AC unit couldn't keep the humidity down in the room.

For age, the property was better inside. Staff seemed uninterested in details like very poor toilet maintenance, unclean coffee pot filter basket, minimal breakfast, no cookies past a set "quota" for the day.

We are so disappointed in our stay. We were in room 319 last night to begin with. The furniture was stained and ripped and the rest of the room wasn’t just run down! It wasn’t clean! There were 2 bath towels and no hand towels or wash rags. The toilet had mildew (not just hard water stains, mildew) as well. To add to the disappointment, the hot tub was broken and so was the first floor ice machine. Then, when we asked for a new room, the new room , room 315, also had stained furniture, ice so thick in the fridge, we barely got our small amount of leftovers from supper in. The tub had a hole in it, there were zero bath towels, hand towels or wash rags and there were grocery bags in the top drawer of the dresser. There was a huge orange stain at the foot of the bed as well.
