Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good breakfast.
It was dirty and the property outside not maintained at all. Spiders and webs, cigarette butts, table dirty, sidewalk and parking lot dirty. Room keys for my friend had to be redone two times and she had to ask for shampoo. My bottle was under the sink and not in the required station. No hot tub, pool had mold around the edges, guest bathrooms by the pool were disgusting. The hallways smelled and the carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned. Will not stay again. Costs more at Holiday Inn but it’s a better experience.
Shampoo and conditioner were completely out. Mold on the pool, a/c was sooo loud, key didn’t work twice, huge stain on one of the beds comforter, carpet had holes in it, toilet was dirty, and phone in the room didn’t work. Spider webs and weeds all over on outside. Would never stay here again.
Horrible. Toilet was uncleaned and full of mold. When we told the front desk, she didn't care. Very run down. Obnoxiously noisy A/C unit.
Very hard beds
Room was not well cleaned. Some areas not well vacuumed. Table area around coffee maker was dusty. Breakfast was good. Attendant cleaned table and serving areas in a timely manner.
