Horrible. Dirty. Unfriendly staff

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels... this was by far the WORST hotel I've ever been in. Stains on every surface, including lampshades, linens and sitting areas. The shower handle is broken and does not drain, causing a back-up of God knows what into the tub when trying to shower. Toilet had a ring as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. To top it off, the door to the room could be pushed in with a slight breeze. The room wasn't the only thing filthy. The hot tub was drained and all busted up with no sign of work being done to fix it. And the "fitness center" was an absolute joke. Nothing worked and maybe 3 sets of weights. Someone had tracked a significant amount of dirt into the main entry and down the hallway the evening I checked in- all of which was still present in the morning as I was leaving. The level of disrepair is unreal. I didn't even take photos because it was so bad. I was in and out. Go elsewhere.

Hotel staff is always nice.

Everytime I stay here, either the pool or the hot tub is broken. My kids didn't have towels stocked in their room when we checked in.

I asked for a room with accessible bathroom with assist bars for the toilet. The room I had was for hearing disabled with no safety bars in the bathroom.

I am not typically one to complain about many service things, as I have worked many service based jobs over the years. The lady at the front desk was kind when we asked to move rooms the first time and checked this room for cleanliness before moving us to this room, and as you can see it’s still very dirty. The first room we were in was much worse, but I didn’t think I’d need to take photos since she was moving us anyway. As someone who has worked similar jobs, I don’t understand how this room passed any kind of inspection. The lights in the room barely worked, and everything was questionably clean at best. There were dirty toilets with pee on them, alive spiders with webs everywhere, I found a wolf spider on my pillow in the second room and the web in the window is also from the second room she had inspected. It’s unacceptable to inspect this room and say it’s clean. It was very late at night and we were both very tired, and decided to just stay in the room as we had a wedding the next day and didn’t want to keep moving rooms. I’ve booked many hotels over the years, and I’ve never been so disappointed in a room.
