Yes, the double-rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. Excellent stay. The lobby is small, otherwise everything else was top.

Best hotel experience by far. They are doing bit their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Room service 24 hours a day. All staff are very nice and professional. They always give you a courtesy call to make sure you’re done and if uou need anyway. I cannot fault them in any way possible. Elaf Taiba is worth every penny.

Amazing hotel, clean and very nice staff. Would 1000% recommend. The view of the haram alone is one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen

Very clean and v good service

Hotels are nice - except that when we arrived around 4:30-5 both of ours were not checked in till around 6pm as ours rooms weren’t ready - but they were only allocating once we arrived - not ideal after long drive and if the times clash with salah times makes it difficult to leave stuff and go pray.

We stay at this hotel recently and had amazing experience. Staff was extremely friendly and cooperative specially Md Rahim, a very hard worker who made our stay very comfortable. Will always remember and appreciate the hard work.

Super clean hotel. Very understanding employyes. So close to the Masjid Nabawi. I loved out stay, In Sha Allah will choose this hotel again.
