Elaf Taiba Hotel

We stayed at elaf taiba in Medina. We had arrived after performing Umrah and couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel to accommodate us. The staff were exemplary, attentive, polite and exceptionally helpful. We would undoubtedly stay there again and again. All the staff were exceptional especially Ramiz, irfan and mood rubin miah. I would recommend this not as an option but a must! As a result of this outstanding experience, I am looking at making arrangements for women over 40 years old and will liase with the hotel due to their attentive service , location, facilities and undoubtedly amazing breakfast. Don't think twice, hands down a winner.

Nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. They have a menu that changes daily and offer a good breakfast.

Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay in Room 603. The room was always clean, fresh, and perfectly arranged. Special thanks to Aminul for his excellent housekeeping service - he is very polite, hardworking, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness and comfort made my stay very pleasant. We stayed for 5 days at elaf taiba in Medina . The staff are pleaseant and friendly. The lobby staff are helpful and always greet and smile, The porters run to carry your bags and the kitchen staff serve with a smile. We had 1 cleaner, Aminul islam, he waa helpful, our room was always taken care of and our bathroom was clean and tidy.

We stayed 5 days in room 614 the guys cleaning our room Aminul was awesome and helpful great service from him and also the staff in the lobby and the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing. We would definitely reccomend this hotel and we would love to come back next.

This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you. Pros: - Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah - Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view. Cons: None I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4.

We just came back from our Umrah trip finishing our journey at Elaf Taiba in Madinah. Whilst other recommendations came in thick and fast from family and friends, Elaf Taiba came highly recommended by Ihsaan Tours, who thoughtfully selected it for its unbeatable location right next to one of the women’s entrances to Masjid al-Nabawi. This is something that made things incredibly convenient for the ladies in our family group. This recommendation proved to be spot on, so credit to Ihsaan Tours for this! It was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had globally. The hotel looks brand spanking new and has undergone a high-end and luxurious refurb. It shows in every corner- from the grand lobby to the beautifully modern rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were met by the bellboys who set the tone for our stay with their warmth, smiles, and top-tier service. While the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional it was the bellboy team who felt like family by the end, as their constant presence at the front door meant we enjoyed many joyful and pleasant interactions with them throughout each day. The chefs and food hall team, including Rislan, Ellen, and Chef Haroon (who by the way made the best omelettes every morning!), made our breakfast dining a real treat and great energetic start to the busy days. We even had the honour of meeting Head Chef Mr. Qureshi, who personally came out to greet us, what a great gesture! We cannot thank Zafran, the Head Bellboy, enough. Zafran is a gem- a true leader and one of the most thoughtful, kind-hearted people we've ever encountered in hospitality. He and his outstanding team Sanoor, Sahil, Shafy, Mehraj, Majbul, and Hashik went above and beyond every single day. They greeted us at every entry and exit, always smiling, always ready to help. They ensured that chairs were always ready for my mum and aunty to take to the mosque, offered us prayer mats, heat umbrellas, and anything else we might need without us ever having to ask. They regularly had dates and tasty Kahwah ready for us in the lobby. I was also so impressed by the complimentary drink station serving both cold water and refreshing mint & lemon water which was available 24/7, small things but very convenient and thoughtful. It’s this attention to detail, the care, and the genuinely welcoming atmosphere that makes Elaf Taiba not just a hotel, but a place we will always hold dear to our hearts. I really hope they continue this fantastic service we received as we will always be recommending them. On behalf of my entire family, we extend a huge thank you to everyone at Elaf Taiba- from the dedicated staff who went above and beyond every single day, and to the management who have created such a beautifully refurbished and luxurious hotel.
