Elaf Taiba Hotel

We stayed there for 2 nights . Nice hotel , the room was clean and comfy . Room service was good , I have only one comment. The 11th floor corridor carpets had a bad smell , I guess it should be cleaned.

Elaf is a good hotel near to mosque. walking distance to mosque. good food. good people. good environment. PEOPLE MAY STAY ALONG WITH FAMILY. Breakfast is good. impotent thing is very close to mosque.

The hotel is nice and rooms are clean and very near to the haram nearest to the ladies gate with a very nice staff and spacious rooms. The view from the room was great and the only drawback was its garage size and we had to park in their other hotel

Dear management From almost all the reviews I read about el taibah, they do have similar (I should say expectation) hence of the strategic location of the hotel. It is wise to consider the good inputs for the hotel's improvements in the future. Serving guests better would reflect good akhlaq of Islam too, right? May all of us be blessed by Allah SWT..

This is my during holly umrah visit to THE KSA I booked this hotel through booking.com. Overall it's not too bad to compare my last stay or changed lot for cleanes and wfi connection whic now available in the rooms. Staff are friendly and willing to assist you, as I was early for checking in they let me to check in 8 hours before the normal check in. Location is very close to masjid nabawi haram. I will definitely come back this hotel my future trip to madina. Thanks for your hospitality.

i do not recommend this hotel to anyone especialy people travelling with children its dirty , bathrooms are not in good condition our beds were not good either i couldnt sleep neither did my children.my door card wasnt workng i had to get it changed three times because the manger kept gvng me the wrong card . breakfast was ok i request the mangers of elaf taibah hotel too pull their act together and spend money on this hotel there visitors arent happy and i wont visit this hotel again my children had a bad experience

The Good: 1. Close to Haram The Negatives: 1. no room cleanliness services 2. lack of proper room service from the staff 3. poor bell men service 4. very bad sleeping beds Final review: Not a very good place to reside at. Better options available at more or less the same prices.

WE Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. from 23 feb 2018 onwards. .. wWe arrived at 1-30 pm, and were told to wait till 4-00 pm, till the house keeping has rooms cleaned up. What actually was a disapointment, that we had 3 rooms for our selves, They couldn"t provide us even 1, for us to use the wash room, since we had travelled for over 12 hrs...esp since my father who is almost 85 yrs of age, and 2 children under 12 yrs, and 3 ladies, they couldn't show that gesture. I realised , the guys at the reception are young lads, who are very inconsiderate, inhospitable, and harsh in words. One of them was so rude, that he had the audacity to glare at me. All the reviews doesn't matter,because the management is least concerned about opinions because the hotel is so close to the Haram, that it remains a positive point to stay....and they have number of groups coming in large numbers that even if they loose a few customers it really wouldn't reflect on their occupancies. Now what really is the disappointment,, is that coming to visit Prophets Mosque, for whom all Muslims across the world visit this place, their hospitality is just the opposite of what our beloved Prophet has taught us about hospitality to visitors .
