Location, facilities in general and staff support. Was great to return to our room sparkling clean. Parking few reasonable due to the location.

My only concern as a smoker... Need to review the policies for smokers using balcony and separate spot at pool site. Having a nice cigar on this beautiful location with a great pina colada or whisky could make the stay more joyful. Another concern was the $45.00 daily sub charge daily. Was a little hard to understand and use. When you don't need anything from the concierge is like throwing money away.

Location is quite central and many spots easy approachable

Service is pretty much not existing. Was asking for room service and I just got the answer „this is. It on my list. Maybe another colleague“ Checkout was a mess. Got double charge on my card. Roof top bar closes quite early by 8pm or earlier. Service staff is quick when paying the check but takes very long to serve.
