Este hotel es una mierda! no vengan acá! evitense el enfado. habitaciones sucias, pésimo matenimiento, cucarachas, personas muy groseras como la señora de los desayunos el 31 dic, y te mienten con la tarifa, los desayunos no estan totalmente incluidos! el restaurante tiene solo pocas opciones de comida rapida y cierra temprano. todo mal! This hotel is awful! Don't come here! Save yourself the trouble. Dirty rooms, terrible maintenance, cockroaches, very rude staff like the one at breakfast on December 31st, and they lie about the price—breakfast isn't fully included! The restaurant only has a few fast-food options and closes early. Everything's bad!

Great location outdated

Bathrooms were very slippery, no pots and pans, no coffee making, outdated

The size of the room was probably the only thing worth noting, as there were 3 of us staying here.

If this place could get 0 stars, I would give it that. The place was a mess, everything was broken in our room, staff was lackluster and slow to respond to issues. From the bugs in the room when we checked in, the springs coming out of the beds, the bathroom cabinets falling apart, the toilet breaking and not flushable, on top of the key lock system breaking (we were able to just push in the door without a key at one point -- so unsafe)!!! The front desk staff had a long list of complaints and issues from other rooms, not just ours so that should say enough. This place is falling apart and needs massive repair and maintenance in order for guests to stay. For the price point, please book somewhere else, this was NOT it, trust me when I say it's not worth the hassle or uncomfortableness staying here.

Location , pool area, room size

Needs updating, balconies had non functional unfinished spa pool which should have been either removed or commissioned.

We recently stayed for 6 nights and this place grew on me while we were there. Its a fantastic setting that was probably spectacular in its heyday. Our suite was large and very nice, albeit a bit dated. The small private beach was a highlight, as was the American Breakfast for only $10 U.S. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful in working through a few room issues involving the TV and hot water in the shower. So essentially, its a beautiful setting with very nice people, however, expect a few issues with your accomodations...they come with the territory. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our stay there overall to the point where I can give it 4 stars out of 5.
