Great front desk service

Great stay and very close to Nashville

Enjoyed my stay. Only issue: just one elevator. Otherwise very pleasant and clean

Front Desk completely unresponsive. Breakfast items not fresh. Room heating and cooling had a dusty moldy smell. Not a good experience. Restaurant wait staff was very nice. I would not consider this location for future trips to the Nashville area.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. As a senior citizen, I appreciated the higher toilets, plus the adherence to a quiet period from 10 pm to 6 am. The one negative was having to get a coffee pot from the front desk. That was a tad inconvenient.

We needed a stopover hotel. This hotel was very close to the freeway exit. It is well maintained and has a decent amount of breakfast choices. It was relatively quiet, but they had a note up in the room that if you are a light sleeper you could get ear plugs at the desk. What a nice touch! We will certainly stay here again when passing through the area

Convenient

The Hotel its self is nice and clean. However, the beds were hard and not comfortable. Also, there’s a train right behind the hotel and it ran several times both nights we were there so we didn’t get much sleep either night.
