SENS Høtel

Location is great, and the room was large, the bed was amazing (pillows and blankets were really high quality -down?), hot water for showers, didn't have to wait for the elevator, and I slept really well. The AC was not too loud.

As others have said, there could be a bit more attention to detail, maybe a few more kitchen items for the kitchenette, there was one robe (not two). But that was minor.

Our room was super well appointed and really well laid out. The walking distance to everything was also amazing.

Location was great. Very handy to Metro and 747 to airport. Front desk staff were lovely and it was great to be able to store my luggage when I had a flight arrive in the early morning but I was not able to check in early. Spacious room.

Cleaning staff did full service despite having the sign saying I didn't need it, what is the point of providing guests these signs if staff are going to ignore them anyway. No jug in the room (in fairness, I did not ask the front desk if there was on I could use during my stay). Provided washing soap for dishes but no towel to dry them with or cloth to wipe benches. Insects in the bathroom, looked like silverfish.

The location . The friendly staff. Ok for big city prices.

It looks a little shabby in places and the breakfast.

Location. It was quiet, even though downtown. Clean and comfortable bed .
