Its overvalued for the price, the beach is horrible, the parking is limited and horrible, the rooms need to be updated. Personnel are keeping this business up.. real good people working here

Everyone was very polite and attentive. Hotel was clean. It was a great experience. Hotel just needs to upgrade a few things but over all it was nice.

Outdated hotel. Hard beds. Sliding doors would not open. Rooms smelled, lot of humidity. Furniture had scratches and is outdated. Poor quality linens & thin towels. Plays loud music from 8:00 am to 10:pm from the swimming pool area is impossible to rest during the day because of the loud music. Others guests were really loud and drunk thru out the night. I complained twice about it nothing was done. Very poor customer service would not change our room after a rough night with the drunk loud next door guests. Rest was good with breakfast. The small counter set off has a bar was poorly stocked. .
