I don't have an opinion about the physical property, but the customer service team is very bad. I'm not even sure if they have one. They are unable to solve a minor problem, but even more incapable for not sending a response by email in time. Its effectiveness is in getting money using bureaucracy as a shield.

"Good bang for your buck just needs a few tweaks"

Breakfast needs to have some fresh fruit (apple orange banana) and some yogurts

-Pillows suck! Foam chip pillows are not comfortable. The beds were nice but pillows suck! - The bathroom in our room (210) was showing its age -There’s only 1 mirror and that’s in the bathroom, had to wait for my husband to finish up in there before I could see how I looked, there needs to be a mirror in the room as well

Near the airport. Love that Native Americans were the staff!

Not enough food options. The hotel needs something to eat besides sweets. The shower did not activate at 100% when you pull the device up.

"A bit pricey for what it is"

Easy access to SLC airport, very friendly staff, ease of Checkin.

Room was 80 degrees when entering. Had trouble cooling it sufficiently for sleep. Rooms are sufficient but nothing great. Wish that there was an extra mirror outside the bathroom. Booked for 4 people, but only 3 towels were in the room. We arrived late and had to be up at 4 am, so we didn’t want to track down another towel. One of us used the face washcloth to dry after the shower. Please ensure that there are sufficient numbers of towels in the rooms.
