Lady at check-in was pleasant

Although I had pre-checked in, I still had to go through it again since the person with access to that info had left for the day. The TV remote didn't work, even with a new set of batteries The bed was extremely uncomfortable for both my wife and me I had a recent experience via phone call due to a mistaken booking and was not treated with any leeway. Had to pay for a room I never used! The fellow with an Indian accent was not at all helpful in this regard. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service.

"Trying shuttle service"

This property is close to the airport with a courtesy shuttle. It is a very basic 2-star hotel. It was very clean but worn.

The shuttle service is very disorganized. The shuttle picks up people from three different locations. Each location books, and they overbook the seats on the van. The van doesn't have any kind of a step. It is about 11 inches stepping straight up. It was really hard to get in the van with my older knees and a backpack on. On pickup the van driver communicates through a walkie-talkie like thing and it is impossible to hear what they are saying. I would give the shuttle service a 2. I will do Lyft next time and not stay here.
