Muy accesible y lugar tranquilo.

El río pasivo en la piscina era de 2 pies de profundidad, muy bajito. Mucho mejor si hubiese tenido de 4 a 4.5 pies. Pero todo lo demás, super.

El hotel está bien para el precio más desayuno continental incluido .

El parque de agua no está en condiciones para que los niños jueguen . El parque de agua para niños pequeños tiene el agua Amarilla . La chorreras estan con Moho y pedazos de metales por donde quiera. Hay 3 liqueos de agua . Hay limo en los borde de la piscina . Mirecomendacion es que deben Pegar maquina de presion y darle mantenimiento al parque de agua ya que es la unica razon que muchas persanas se Hospedan hay.

That the water slide was timed on and off throughout the day, and the put put golf people took the ball and golf club to and didn't return for others to use it

Location, front desk staff excellent and the runners

Had to wait 4 hours after check in in order to go into a room. Once a room finally came ready.Bedsheets was not clean had fresh blood stains on the sheets and fully visible of these heath hazardous fluids. Informed that They can only provide me with another sheet, other linen they didn't have as if yet due to being later in the evening. This was disappointing and disgusting. I had to wait for extra towels. I was informed to call the supervisor on Monday it's nothing they can do. I went away to enjoy myself with my family and I ended up cleaning a room and not able to enjoy. Hoping my family and I are safe from any communicable disease from the blood/ bodily fluids, and whatever filthy areas in that room. And all we were told is nothing they could do and Due to room not being ready, check out was at 1:00pm instead of 11am. Didn't and wasn't able to enjoy nothing but clean and unable to sleep .

pay a resort fee that they close the water park down at at 7 pm ..breakfast was plain biscuits..no gravy ..rude service..order 2 strawberry daqari $48.00 at the teake bar..paid for a Waterpark view room .got put in a room in the very back of the parking lot
