I was given a room where the air conditioning didn't work. I went to complain and asked to be moved to a different room, but I was told there were no rooms available, so I spent a few days without AC, and the room was incredibly hot. My children ended up sick with ear infections; the doctor—without even knowing about our vacation—asked if they had been in a pool or something similar to have caught an infection like that. The water in the rectangular pool looked dark; my son’s shirt was white, and it came out looking dirty.
