PIOR hotel da rede Wyndham! Nem para um inimigo! Quero deixar registrado o meu total desgosto com esse lugar horroroso, especialmente com o café da manhã, que foi, sem sombra de dúvidas, o PIOR de toda a rede Wyndham que já experimentei. É um verdadeiro lixo, uma ofensa ao cliente. Eu não recomendaria esse hotel nem para o meu pior inimigo, porque ninguém merece passar por uma experiência tão deplorável. Se você é brasileiro e está pensando em se hospedar aqui, fuja! Não recomendo este lugar para nenhum brasileiro. É um ambiente horroroso, com um serviço péssimo e uma estrutura que não chega nem perto do padrão que a rede finge ter. Uma vergonha total!

O pior café da manhã da rede Wyndham: O café da manhã estava absolutamente detestável e completamente inaceitável. Já me hospedei em inúmeros hotéis da Wyndham e este foi, sem sombra de dúvidas, o pior café da manhã de toda a rede. A qualidade era um lixo. Arrumação precária e sujeira: A limpeza e a arrumação do quarto eram extremamente precárias. O quarto estava nitidamente sujo, mal cuidado e não cumpria os padrões básicos de higiene. Furto / Sumiço de pertences: Para piorar uma situação que já estava péssima, duas coisas minhas sumiram direto de dentro do meu quarto. Isso é uma falha grave de segurança e algo totalmente inadmissível. Péssimo atendimento na recepção: O atendimento ao cliente na recepção foi horrível. A equipe foi desatenciosa, sem nenhum profissionalismo ou empatia com o hóspede.

The water park was cute and convenient.

When we got there, there were yellow rings (stains) on our sheets. House keeping didn't show up the whole time and we were there 6/12-6/15. We asked for more towels and got 2 for a family of 13.

Kid friendly

Awful we ended up in 3 different rooms the staff although polite are clueless as to how to handle situations. Stayed here last year and was ok. This time a nightmare.
