Cleanliness of room

The hotel charged my debit card for stay instead of using the “virtual card” from booking.com And the front desk was very rude when trying to fix it. Booking.com had to even call them while on the line with me!

The location was perfect for where my event was. I dis not partake of happy hour although the offerings seemed nice.

The first room we received was cold and when we went to turn the thermostat it fell off the wall. When we took it with us back down to the lobby to explain and ask for a different room; no one was at the desk, there was no bell and we waited 20 minutes before someone showed up and when they did they asked if we pulled it out of the wall. What!?! Then they changed our room to an ajoining room and the person in the next room said they had covid and coughed all night. The wall between the two room was so thin we could here everything, including their TV. Also the elevator smelled like bug spray.
