She was friendly, professional, and consistently had a warm, positive tone. Lisa made the entire booking process simple, comfortable, and stress-free, which made a great first impression. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely return here again

We use this hotel every year when in Schaumburg for an overnight shopping/relative visit trip. The room we had could use an update and we were told third floor is getting a facelift soon. But it was clean, comfy beds and the towels weren't bad. A couple nice perks including free shuttle service to Woodfield Mall and local restaurants, decent complimentary breakfast buffet and happy hour with snacks and cocktails and fresh, homemade cookies at Front Desk. Desk staff Christine and LISA are great. Our shuttle driver, Luis was friendly and prompt too! We will keep using this hotel.
