Unfortunately the country is still under lockdown so we could not take advantage of the beach

Love the location. menu needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of its fresh grilled fish and seafood dishes but more than adequate. There are some minor maintenance issues with blinds, toilets. There is no daily cleaning due to the pandemic but the staff gave me a mop and broom to do the floors so no biggie. The rooms are beautifully furnished the outside with recliners and our own dining table and chairs. Very Peaceful. Big Plus Gemma's Treehouse restaurant who deliver to the hotel.

In light of the restrictions due to COVID-19, the hotel was not overpacked with guests which was great and customer service was great. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast ordered on either days however my stay was good overall.

My stay here was disappointing. It was the 5th time i stayed at this hotel. The grounds and ammenities were up to par however we did not receive the benefits mentioned- free bottle of wine and welcome drinks. In addition, the restaurant's food, drinks and service were very disappointing. I've enjoyed the meals here previously. Their dinner and breakfast was by far, one of the best on the island. However, sad to say, their standards seemed to have dropped immensely.

Great ambience, small enough to be cosy, modern facilities. There seemed to be some slippage in maintenance which is understandable due to significantly reduce occupancy with the pandemic but nothing to impact our overall satisfaction. Hopefully this can be dealt with before our next trip.

Location, ambiance and views were amazing. Staff were super friendly and Izolah was always wiling to go the extra mile. Lunch and dinner were superb. Breakfast could have been a bit better. My only minor complaint was that wifi in the room did not work and the ocean view was obstructed by trees. Other than that, our one night stay was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Location- remote gem. About an hour drive from scarborough. Lovely beach and scenery. Hotel spans an entire bay. Great views from restaurant, beachfront rooms. Food options were limited but tasted good. The property however was very run down. Jetty is in shambles with alot of loose boards, lack in cleaning upkeep. We had to ask on day 3 for housekeeping to tidy our room for the first time since check in because it was not done since. Our toiletries would not have been replaced had we not asked. Porch was filthy. Lock in room door was old and worn out. Tv in room did not work. This place has so much potential but seems to be neglected. Given the great reviews seen in the past i was very disappointed.

Just an amazing hotel nested perfectly inside a bay that provides you with safety, peace, privacy and incredible views.

Beautiful location with a room overlooking the bay. Doesnt get better than this.
