Bathroom was very dirty. Walls gross, dirty shower curtain, and tub area. Our staff checking us in was arrange. Top notch! Believe her name is Renee??

Very unhappy with this property! The room was dirty bathroom was gross the towels were all stained and dirty looking and the pull-out sofa was the worst sleeper sofa I have ever tried to sleep on. Definitely not worth the money

The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the pool, as it looked very nice.

Second time staying here for work. Overall experience was good. Room carpets could be cleaner, especially behind furniture, but the important thing for me was that the bed and the bathroom were clean, and they were perfectly fine. I plan on staying here again.

Carpet stained needed to be updated, walls to thin could hear people in next room, had to get someone to fix air conditioner, free breakfast was very good and clean.

We had stains on the mattress resembling possible blood. No working smoke detectors, stained and soiled furniture. Mold and grime on shower. We had to purchase cleaning items in order to sanitize room. We arrived late and were offered another room but it was worse. Management was atrocious and made herself unavailable. Do not stay here.

This hotel is outdated. The carpet in the room clearly had not been vaccumed. We are gluten-free but found nothing that we could eat at the complementary breakfast. There wasn’t any fresh fruit, yogurt or oatmeal. They did have biscuits and gravy. So we had to spend extra time going out for breakfast when we had another day of driving ahead of us. The staff was friendly upon arrival.

My stay was fine overall. The room was 99% clean and only lacked in a few minor details (like fingerprints on the wall mirror, etc.). The bed linens and bathroom were perfectly clean, which is all that really mattered to me. The facility was fine overall. I didn’t fully explore the place as I checked in late and left very early, but in my humble opinion, standardizing the color of the lightbulbs around the property would make it feel a lot more inviting (don’t mix daylight and soft white lightbulbs within the same areas). It’s a small and often overlooked detail but makes a huge difference. Again, just my opinion. I’d go as far as to say just get rid of the daylight light bulbs altogether. They are so aggressive, especially at night. It’s an older facility, but you can tell that efforts are being made to improve. Overall I was comfortable here and plan to stay again during my work travels.
