Expedia canceled the reservation after I arrived in my destination city, I found another hotel and then hours later they called back to see if I was coming. They were going to charge me even though THEY CANCELED. It was a hassle, buyer beware.

Perfect place and staff is excellent Everything went smooth. I had a great stay here. Deep at front was very friendly and helped me with information I needed as well. They have pool which is well maintained and breakfast was perfect as well. Everything was nice and clean.

Stay was adequate for an economy priced lodging. The room had standard motel appointments. Looking more closely the room showed wear and tear 'around the edges'. Lot's of 'dings' on door frames, furniture etc. Housekeeping had done their job as bedding and basic set-up of the room was good. The big problem with the room was the bathroom tub/shower equipment. The shower diverter valve on the tub fill spout did not work properly, resulting in poor water flow to shower and excess water in the tub. At the end of my shower I was standing in ankle deep water. Did not discover until late in the day of my arrival. If staying a second day or more would have requested a different room. Reported problem at the front desk the following morning and strongly advised that the room should not be assigned to new customer until plumbing situation was repaired. The hardware looked old and worn and was not well secured. The bathroom looked pretty sad overal, in need of wall and ceiling patching in places and repainting. Door frame on inside was badly worn. Front desk receptionist indicated the facility has been without regular maintenance staff for some time and that she would report the problem. Again emphasized that the room should not be assigned to anyone until repaired. Again, housekeeping had done a nice job with bathroom set-up, towels and basic cleanliness

needs updating and fixing bathrooms Towels were terrible, should be replaced. Breakfast was not ready on time, poor service, not even coffee was ready at opening time, had to leave without anything do not recommend

Coffee was lukewarm. Breakfast was not ready at 7:00-not sure when it was. We had to be on the road so had to go without. Very slow at front desk.

It was nice

Older facilities with notable wear, however, facility appeared clean and staff was attentive.

The property was very clean and you could tell work had been put in to modernize the place. Complimentary breakfast was amazing with so many food options. Bathroom was small and the door handle had gone through the bathroom wall so there was a hole. Sound carried very easily between rooms and we could anything going on in rooms around us.
