Stained towels. Hotel looks clean but the bedding makes u itch all night. You wont get a good nights sleep here.

Great place. Great staff. Very comfortable. Paper-this walls. Can hear everything on both sides.

Everything was as advertised. Check in was a breeze with friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Was quiet at night. Would recommend to anyone, will visit again.

Small things like the trim around my bedroom door was missing - towels were small and not soft.

My bed wasn't the best. Seems like it needs a new mattress

we had no air conditioning- the hotel said they would have given us a discount but since we purchased online they were unable to do so.

Clean

When we checked in the front desk supervisor charged me an additional $50 deposit. He claimed this was a Michigan policy that all hotels charge to ensure non smoking compliance. Next day we continued our travels In Michigan but we’re not charged.

Arrived to room to find the door propped open. Went back down to front desk and advised of the finding. Worker was unsure why door was propped open and assigned us to a different room. The entire room/hotel needs to be updated. The carpet, furniture and sheets stained in the room. Remote to tv did not work. Housekeeping is quick to enter room. They knock one time and announce housekeeping then proceed to open door. We had to yell wait to stop them from opening the door.
